Who DMU is
The people behind DMU Mail
DMU is a digital services studio in Marousi, Athens. Since 2020 we’ve built websites, online shops, hosting and business email for Greek companies. DMU Mail grew out of that work.

Why we built it
Shared addresses deserve better than a shared password
Our clients’ offices run on email. Freight forwarders, accountants and wholesalers share addresses like info@ and orders@ between several people, usually by passing one password around.
Nobody can tell who has answered what. Customers get two replies, or none. And when somebody leaves, the password changes hands again.
We wanted a shared inbox simple enough for a five-person office, that handled Greek properly and kept everything in the EU. DMU Mail is that inbox.
What DMU does
One partner for your whole digital presence
DMU Mail is one of several things we make. Most of our work is for the same companies that now use it.
Websites and online shops
Design and development for websites and e-commerce.
Software development
Custom software and digital transformation for growing businesses.
Hosting and infrastructure
Managed hosting, object storage and the services behind them.
Business email and domains
Business email, domain registration and DNS, set up and looked after.
SEO and advertising
Search, social media and advertising that bring in the right people.
Maintenance
Updates, care and support for everything we build, under one partnership.
How we work
Four things we won’t trade away
Your mail stays yours
Hosted in the EU, exportable any time, and used for nothing except running the service.
Calm by default
No colours fighting for attention and no badges for the sake of it. The work is the loud part.
Greek first
Search that understands Greek, type made for it, and invoices with ΑΦΜ and ΔΟΥ.
Honest about limits
If something doesn’t work yet, like apps for Mac and phones, we say so before you sign up.
