Questions about the apps

Anything else? Write to support@dmu.email and a person will answer.

Do the apps cost extra?
No. They’re included in every plan, Individual too. Sign in with the account you already have.
Is it the same as the web app?
Yes. The same inbox, assignments, team chat and settings, kept in sync live. The apps add native notifications, a badge with your unread count, and opening at sign-in.
Can our IT team deploy it?
The Windows app installs for each person, with no administrator rights, and updates itself. The web app needs nothing installed.
Which versions do you support?
Windows 10 and 11, macOS 12 or later, iOS and iPadOS 16 or later, and Android 10 or later. In the browser: the latest Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox.
How do updates work?
The web app is always the newest version. The Windows app updates itself in the background and asks before restarting. When the other apps arrive, the Mac app will do the same, and phones and tablets will update through the App Store and Google Play.
