How does billing work?
Monthly, per member. Add or remove people whenever you like, and the next invoice follows your team.
Do you issue Greek invoices?
Yes. Invoices carry your company’s ΑΦΜ and ΔΟΥ, and VAT is charged at 24% in Greece.
Who counts as a member?
Anyone who signs in to your organisation. Mailboxes, and the people who only email you, are free.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time from Plan & billing. The change applies from your next invoice.
Can we cancel?
Any time. Your mail stays with your email provider, and you can export everything before you go.
