Send feedback

Report a problem or suggest an idea from the account menu. It goes straight to the DMU Mail team, with screenshots if you like, and we reply by email.

The DMU Mail inbox: shared and private mailboxes in the sidebar, Everyone or Mine beside the search, and an open invoice conversation assigned to George Petrou.

What it does

Tell us, in the app

  • Problem, idea or anything else

Pick a kind, say it in a few words, then say more. For a problem, say how much it gets in the way.

  • Screenshots, if you like

Add up to three, or paste one, and click it to see it whole before you send.

  • Technical details in plain view

For a problem, choose What’s included to read them word for word. Never your mail, contacts or files.

  • Works offline

Written without a connection, it is sent once you are back online, without its screenshots.
