List contact fields

GET/contact-fields

Lists the fields a contact has: the built-in ones, then your organisation’s own.

Needs the permissioncontacts:read

A field’s key is what fields uses in a contact, and variable is how a saved reply puts its value in a message.

Returns

builtIn and custom, two lists of fields, each with:

keystring: Its key, such as first_name or vat_number.
kindstring: text, number, date, email, phone, person or choice.
variablestring: Its template variable, such as {{contact.vat_number}}.
idstring: With label, feedKey and, for a Choice field, choices: a custom field’s own.

Errors

401invalid_key: The key is wrong, expired or revoked. With no Authorization header at all, the code is missing_credentials.
403missing_scope: The key doesn’t have contacts:read. The X-Required-Scope header names what’s missing.
429rate_limited: More than 120 requests a minute from this key. Wait for Retry-After seconds.

Every response wraps its result in data. A page of threads adds nextCursor, which is null on the last page.
