Activity
Every change in your organisation is recorded: who invited whom, who changed a permission, which mailbox was connected, which key was made. Filter it, search it, export it.

What it does
Who changed what
A sentence for every change
Each row says who did what in plain words: “Maria Kalogirou made Nikos Georgiou an administrator”.
Filter and search
By person, category and date, or search for an address, a domain or a key’s name.
See exactly what changed
Open a row to see the values before and after, with the IP address and device that made the change.
Export it
Choose Export CSV to keep a copy, or to look at it in a spreadsheet.
How it works
Open it, narrow it, open a row
- 1
Open Activity
Administrators open Settings › Activity. The newest changes come first, grouped by day.
- 2
Narrow it
Choose a category, a person and a period, or type in Search activity.
- 3
Open a row
A panel beside it says what changed, with the values before and after, and the IP address and device.
