Assignment
Give a conversation to one person or several, so everyone can see who has it. Take it yourself in one click, and see who owns what in the list and the views.

What it does
Always know who is on it
One person or several
Assign a conversation to more than one colleague. Their faces show beside it in the list.
Assign to me, in a click
The Assign button takes it for you. Its arrow lists everyone else, with a search.
Your views and theirs
Assigned to me and Assigned to others list only what is still to do. Closed work drops out.
Outside the mailbox too
A colleague who can’t see the mailbox gets that one conversation, never the mailbox.
How it works
Assign in a click
- 1
Open it
In the conversation, choose Assign, or press v. Assign to me takes it in one click.
- 2
Pick people
Search for a name. You see who can already see the conversation and who will be able to. Click a ticked name to take someone off.
- 3
Work on it
An open conversation becomes In progress and leaves the shared Inbox. The person you assign gets a notification.
