Automations
Rules that sort, assign and answer mail as it arrives, so the routine runs itself. You decide what starts a rule, what it checks and what it does.

What it does
The routine, handled
Sort as it arrives
Add labels, move, close or snooze mail the moment it lands.
Share the work
Assign to a person, take turns in a team, or give it to whoever has fewest open.
Answer out of hours
Send an automatic reply when you are closed, with guards against reply loops.
Chase what waits
Remind the team when a customer has waited too long, counted in working hours.
How it works
When, if, then
- 1
When
Choose what starts it: a message arrives, or a conversation waits for a reply.
- 2
If
Add conditions: the sender, recipients, subject, text, attachments, time, label, assignee or mailbox.
- 3
Then
Pick the steps, in order. Test it on your recent mail first, then switch it on.
