Everyone or Mine
On lists that mix your mail with your colleagues’, switch between Everyone and Mine. Mine shows what is assigned to you and everything in your private mailboxes.

What it does
Your work, one click away
One switch
Choose Everyone or Mine on the list itself, with no filter to build.
What Mine means
Conversations assigned to you, plus everything in your private mailboxes.
It fits the list
In Sent, Mine is what you sent. In Drafts, your own drafts. In Snoozed and Scheduled, what you snoozed or scheduled.
Remembered
Each list remembers your choice, and a saved view keeps it too.
How it works
Everyone, then Mine
- 1
Open a list
Choose a list that holds mail from several people, such as Open, All mail or a team’s view.
- 2
Choose Mine
Select Mine to see only your share. Select Everyone to see the whole list again.
- 3
Save it
Save a filtered list as a view, and the view keeps Mine for you.
Good to know
The details
- Where
- The Inbox in All mail, Open, All mail, Closed, Sent, Drafts, Snoozed, Scheduled, and a label’s or a team’s view. A shared mailbox’s own lists have it too, apart from its Inbox.
- Where it isn’t
- Assigned to me and your private mailboxes, which are already yours, and search results.
- Safety
- Mine only narrows a list. It never shows mail you could not see before.
