Assistant
Your own AI, only when you ask. Connect your own Claude, ChatGPT or Mistral account, and it will tidy your inbox, catch you up, find a conversation or draft a reply. It is not released yet.

What it does
Only when you ask
Your own account
You connect your own account with your own key, choose the models and set a monthly limit. Costs go to your provider.
It shows, then waits
It will list what it would change, with a tick on each. Nothing happens until you press Apply, and you can undo it.
It never sends
Replies land as drafts. It never sends, forwards, deletes for good or invites anyone, or changes settings by itself.
Off until you turn it on
An administrator allows it, then each person turns it on for themselves. Until they do, it shows no button or hint.
How it works
How it will work
- 1
Ask
Open the Assistant and ask, for example, to tidy your inbox, catch you up after time away, find a conversation or draft a reply.
- 2
Check
It will say what it looked at and show what it would change, as a list you can untick.
- 3
Apply, or not
Press Apply and the changes are made, recorded in Activity and undoable. A reply appears as a draft for you to edit and send.
Good to know
The details
- Who decides
- An administrator allows the Assistant for the organisation, then each person turns it on for themselves. Both start off.
- What it reads
- By default only people’s private mailboxes. An administrator can also allow the shared mailboxes each person can already open.
- What it sends
- Only what a request needs, to the provider you chose, and only when you ask or a routine you set runs. Nothing is sent in the background.
- Routines
- You will be able to set a routine, such as a weekly tidy-up. It waits for your yes, or applies only changes you can undo.
- Providers
- Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or another service with an OpenAI-compatible address. Administrators choose which are allowed.
