Drag and drop
Drag files onto a message you are writing to attach them, or drop them on an open conversation to start a reply with the files already attached.

What it does
Drop it where it belongs
Drop onto a message
A drop zone appears over the message you are writing, and letting go attaches the files.
Drop to reply
Drop files on an open conversation and a reply starts with them attached.
Several at once
Drop as many as you like, up to 25 in a message. Each one shows as it uploads.
Told what did not fit
A folder, or a file over the limit, is named. The other files still go in.

- Reply or Reply all
- A drop on a conversation starts whichever your Default reply setting chooses, in Settings › Writing.
