New conversation
Start a conversation with nothing sent yet. Give it a title, assign it, mention colleagues and talk it over before you write a word to anyone outside.

What it does
Talk first, write later
Start empty
Use the chevron beside New message, or press Shift C. Nothing is sent.
Assign and discuss
Give it a title, assign it and mention people. Team chat works as it does in any conversation.
Private until you say
Only you and the people you bring in can see it, until you choose a mailbox.
Draft when you are ready
Choose a mailbox and write a draft, or press D. The first one you send makes it an ordinary conversation.
How it works
Three steps
- 1
Start it
Open the chevron beside New message and choose New conversation, or press Shift C.
- 2
Talk it over
Name it, assign it and mention colleagues in team chat. Everyone you bring in can see it.
- 3
Draft and send
Choose its mailbox, then write a draft. Everyone who can see that mailbox will then see the conversation.
