Signatures

A signature added to your messages for you, made for everyone, a team, a person or a mailbox. Each sender’s own details fill in, in English or Greek.

Response templates in settings: saved replies with variables.

What it does

Signed, without thinking

  • Added for you

A new message or reply starts with the signature that applies to the address you send from.

  • For the right people

Make one for everyone, a team, a person or whoever sends from a mailbox. The most personal one wins.

  • Filled in for each sender

Insert a detail such as Job title, and each person’s own value fills in when they send.

  • English and Greek

Write both. A conversation in Greek gets the Greek signature, and you can switch in the composer.

How it works

Write it, share it, send

  1. 1

    Write it

In Settings › Signatures, choose New signature. Write it in English, Greek or both, with a logo and details if you like.

  2. 2

    Choose who gets it

Everyone, only you, or chosen teams, people and mailboxes. Then tick the addresses it starts new messages and replies on.

  3. 3

    Check it

Preview as shows the signature for any person you pick, in either language. Then choose Save.

Good to know

The details

Who can make them
Administrators make every signature. Members make their own, and ones for others only when an administrator allows it, in Settings › Permissions.
Where
Settings › Signatures. In a message, the signature button at the end of the formatting bar switches it. Settings › Writing puts it above or below the quoted message.
Details
Administrators choose the details signatures use, such as Job title, Department, Work phone, Mobile and Office. People fill in their own.
Limits
Up to 20 of your own and 50 for the organisation. A signature holds up to 5 pictures, in PNG, JPG or GIF, up to 1 MB each.
