Plan and billing

During the beta

Your organisation has every feature while DMU Mail is in beta. Plans and prices are still being finalised, and the published ones are on the pricing page. The Plan & billing screen promises that you will be told well before anything changes.

What the screen shows

Open Settings, then Plan & billing. Only administrators can open it. Payments are switched off, so it is mostly for information.

• Overview says “Billing isn’t switched on yet”, shows Private beta with a Free badge, and meters for members, mailboxes and storage. Storage turns to a warning near the allowance, with a link to Settings, then Storage, to clean up.

• Plans lists the plans, but the buttons say “Available after the beta”.

• Payment & details says adding a card becomes available when billing starts.

• Invoices is empty: “Invoices appear here once billing starts. The beta is free.”

Asking about your plan

DMU sets each organisation’s plan, and you can’t change it yourself on this screen. To ask about your plan, or anything to do with billing, write to support@dmu.email and name your organisation.

Invitations still waiting count towards the number of members, as active people do. See Invite people and choose their role. Mailboxes are not charged for.
