Report a problem, suggest an idea or tell us anything else. It goes straight to the DMU Mail team, and we read every message.

Open it
In the account menu, choose Send feedback. The Windows app has it there too.
Or open the command palette with Ctrl K and type feedback, bug or idea.
You need to be signed in, so that the team knows who wrote. Without an account, write to us from the Support page.
Fill it in
Choose Report a problem, Suggest an idea or Something else.
Under In a few words, write a short summary. It becomes the subject the team sees.
Describe it in the box below. For a problem, say what happened and what you expected, and how much it gets in the way.
Choose Send. You get a reference for it, such as FB-1042.
The DMU Mail team may email me about this is ticked, so the team can ask you a question at your sign-in address. Untick it if you would rather not be contacted. If you are offline, the report waits and is sent once you are back online, but without its screenshots.
Screenshots
Add up to 3 screenshots, or paste one: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 10 MB each.
In the Windows app, Capture this window takes a picture of DMU Mail only, never the rest of your screen, and shows it to you first, to keep, retake or remove.
Screenshots can show mail. Only DMU Mail staff see them, and they are deleted after 90 days.
What is sent
For a problem, Include technical details is ticked. It sends the app and its version, your browser and system, the screen size and theme, the screen you were on (its name, never what was on it), your organisation and role, and recent error codes. What’s included shows the exact list before you send. It never includes your mail, contacts or files, and nothing from your mail goes with the report apart from what your screenshots show.
